John O. Green Memorial Park is 23,400 square feet of fun. The park is actually on both sides of the street. With several large play structures on which to swing, climb and jump, it is sure to keep the children busy. All the playground equipment sits on squishy mats over the concrete to guard against injury. On a hot summer day, kids can enjoy the four larger-than-life frogs that squirt water from their mouths like a sprinkler. There is a bike rack for those riding to the park. There is also a covered picnic area with picnic tables. Benches to relax on while keeping an eye on the kids surround the play areas. It also has a full basketball court. This is one of the newer parks in the borough.
