Small order of the bone in spare ribs. I like Chinese ribs, because they don't fall off the bone. You have to bite into it. Real good.

Depending on what you get, can be really good. The twice cooked pork is spicy, face sweat hot. Cabbage in it cooked past crunchy, does taste good.
