WTAJ-TV was formerly known as WFBG-TV. Founded in 1952, the television station is affiliated with the CBS Television Network. The television station broadcasts a wide range of programs, including local, national and international news; sports programs; weather updates; and a variety of entertainment programs. It owns an advanced satellite uplink truck, which is used in daily news operations. Its programs include "Rachael Ray," "The Price is Right," "The Young and the Restless," "The Bold and the Beautiful," "The Early Show," "Guiding Light," "Inside Edition" and "Everybody Loves Raymond." The television station also broadcasts various knowledge-based programs, such as "Healthcast," "Monday s Child," "Mr. Food" and "Health Resources." Additionally, it telecasts business news, community programs and advertisements. WTAJ-TV is located in Altoona, Pa.
