Established in 1998, Family Pathways is an agency that provides a range of mental health and psychosocial support services for families. It offers emergency placement, counseling, evaluation, adoption, and therapeutic and medical foster care services. Located in Butler, Pa., the agency provides psychosocial support and education services for children in the areas of child abuse, neglect, loss, abandonment and trauma. Family Pathways offers individual counseling, mediation, co-parenting skills training and 24-hour on-call emergency assistance with the help of therapists through its family-based mental health services. The agency is a part of Butler Collaborative for Families, which provides a variety of services to strengthen the system of care for children and families.
