Dr. Rumbaugh is a family medicine physician who cares for his patients’ illnesses and injuries, provides preventive exams, and does minor procedures. He is interested in medical missions, global health care initiatives, and care of the Amish population. Dr. Rumbaugh earned a medical degree from Penn State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He completed a residency at Malcolm Grow Medical Center (USAF) at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. He is a diplomat of the Board of American Family Practice and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Rumbaugh is a pre-healthcare advisor and a guest lecturer at Grove City College, Grove City, Pennsylvania. He has served in short-term medical brigades in Romania, Dominican Republic, Peru, Honduras, Jamaica, Kenya, Haiti, Rwanda, Egypt, and Guatemala, and during Hurricane Katrina.
