David E. Williams Middle School provides education to students from grades six through eight. Established in 1964, the school offers a modern facility that includes a library, cafeteria, science laboratory, music rehearsal space and computers in every classroom. David E. Williams Middle School is divided into grade-level teams to create a school-within-a-school atmosphere and encourage closer student-teacher relationships. Located in Coraopolis, Pa., the school provides classes in various subjects, such as English, social studies, mathematics, technology, music and arts. It also offers various educational services, such as the Internet, foreign languages, piloting skills via flight simulators, science experiments and horticulture. It a division of Montour School District that comprises various elementary schools, middle schools and high schools. The District serves more than 3, 000 students and employs over 200 teachers.
