My daughter moved in there approx. 3 months ago. Last week she spotted several roaches!! They put her on pest control weekly she has NEVER SEEN a roach anywhere until moving here. She's a wreck....

Look somewhere else, not worth the cost, the pool wasn't even open in the summer, the "dog park" gates are perpetually broken, and there's broken glass in the parking lots.
