The Office of the Court Administrator expedites the administrative functions of the court under the directions of the president judge. The office acts as the managerial arm of the court. It is accountable for the direction of the day-to-day operations of the court. The Office of the Court Administrator performs duties related to case flow, personnel, information and jury management. It is also responsible for scheduling and coordinating hearings, arguments, jury trials, master hearings, arbitrations and preliminary injunctions. The office receives and monitors civil and criminal motions, petitions, stipulations and continuance applications. The Office of the Court Administrator is one4 of the offices of Carbon County Court in Pennsylvania.
