Conneaut Lake Map
Conneaut Lake is a borough in Crawford County, Pennsylvania at the southern end of a lake with the same name. The population was 708 at the 2000 census.
The town was founded in 1799 as Evansburg, named for Abner Evans, a local farmer. It took the name of the neighboring lake in 1892. Conneaut Lake is off of U.S. Route 6 and close to the Ohio border and Lake Pymatuning.
Conneaut Lake's largest attraction is Conneaut Lake Park, which opened in 1892.
