Conestoga High School is a four-year public school located in Berwyn, Pa. It was founded in 1894 and serves more than 1,900 students from grades nine through 12. The school is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Secondary Schools and is certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. It offers advanced placement courses in various subjects that include science, environmental science, statistics, European history, psychology, economics, French literature, music theory, and English language and composition. In addition, it offers honors courses in world literature, prose and poetry, journalism, literature and film, criminal justice, Chinese, java programming, African-American studies, economics, psychology, and speech and presentation. The school offers a wide range of student activities programs, that include service and leadership, media production and publications, government and politics, and visual and performing arts. Conestoga High School also offers vocational and technical training programs and is a part of the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District.
