This park was renovated over 2016/2017. The updated playground is really nice and even features a Conestoga wagon playset. Fitting when located on historic Conestoga Road! The park is much deeper...

As previous review mentioned. This park is recently updated and HUGE. This park is pretty busy on a Thursday Morning. There's not many benches. And I think it was designed that way for a reason....

Richie Ashburn Field

The Richie Ashburn Field includes a 60-foot baseball diamond and playground. NCAA baseball teams from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and Villanova University are tenants of the field. Richard "Richie" Ashburn played as an outfielder for the Philadelphia Phillies from 1948 to 1959 and was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1995. He died two years later and was buried in the Gladwyne Methodist Church Cemetery.

Jeff Young Memorial Park

Jeff Young Memorial Park, located in the Lenola section of Moorestown, is named for Moorestown resident Jeffrey Young, who was killed at age 22 on Oct. 23, 1983 while serving in Beirut as a Marine Corps sergeant. The park includes two baseball/softball fields and multi-use grass fields. The complex also includes a roller hockey rink, tennis courts and a basketball court. There are several playground areas for children of all ages. The park is adjacent to the New Albany Recreation Center, which provides restroom facilities when the building is open.

Maple Dawson Park

Maple-Dawson Park and the adjoining West End Field encompass 6.7 acres of land and includes two basketball courts, four tennis courts, a playground and building with restroom facilities. There is also a new paved path leading to West End Field, an athletic field suitable for baseball and softball. The tennis and basketball courts are lighted for night play.
