It is located at 40°36?10?N 78°42?33?W / 40.60278°N 78.70917°W / 40.60278; -78.70917 (40.6029, -78.7091), about 20 miles west of Altoona, Pennsylvania. According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.7 square miles (1.7 km²), all of it land.
