Opened in November of 2019, Butcher & Son Public House is the second local restaurant by owner, Matthew Salopek. With him, he brings 16 years of restaurant experience, including the last 5 as owner and partner at Bridgetown Taphouse.
Specialties
At Butcher & Son Public House we specialize in local and fresh. Our burgers are hand cut daily from fresh local beef. Fries are hand cut daily and cooked to order. Our chicken is delivered fresh and held fresh until cooked. Freshly baked bread is delivered daily from the Breadworks. Produce and dairy are delivered daily by a local company that sources as much as possible from Western PA and Eastern Ohio. Our rotating craft beer and spirits selection always has a bias towards local breweries and distilleries. Stop by and see for yourself what we are about. Cheers!
