The township's recreation center offers a full range of activities for both children and adults. One of two township-run preschools is housed at the recreation center, which features a floor hockey rink, basketball courts and more. The rec center opened in 1992, but looks much newer. The township's recreation supervisors are Bill Fagan and Diane Jones, both of whom reside in the township and became supervisors in 2004. Discounted park, zoo and ski-resort tickets are also available for sale at the rec center.
