Founded in 1932, Caring People Alliance, formerly known as Crime Prevention Association, is one of the leading human service agencies in Pennsylvania. It offers a range of programs and services through its community centers that include the Fels South Philadelphia Community Center, R.W. Brown Community Center and West Philadelphia Community Center. The agency organizes various programs and activities for youths, adults and senior citizens. Caring People Alliance additionally offers clinical services that include Reasonable Efforts in Assessment, Access and Prevention; Treatment Foster Care; Services to Children in Their Own Homes; Adolescent Violence Reduction Partnership; and Family Partnership Program. It partners with the Department of Public Welfare, Children's Investment Strategies, Keystone Stars, Youth Services and Philadelphia Corporation for the Aging. Located in Philadelphia, Caring People Alliance is an affiliate of the Boy & Girls Clubs of America
