Dr. Borland began his education at West Virginia University in Morgantown, completing his undergraduate studies before obtaining a Master of Exercise Physiology degree through the California University of Pennsylvania. He went on to earn his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree -- with honors -- from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio. Dr. Borland then went through extensive surgical training at the Cleveland Clinic and Mercy Regional Medical Center in Ohio. A native of Western Pennsylvania, Dr. Borland is proud to now be able to serve the community in which he was raised. While Dr. Borland has special interests in sports injuries and diabetic foot care, he's devoted to helping patients with all types of ailments find the best solutions.
