HistorySmith Creek Fish Farm started as a wet property in Western New York where a constant cold spring was directed into a spring house where trout were raised and sold for streams and ponds. Now, there are two main farm properties with about 40 production ponds for growing gamefish and ornamental koi. There is also a 20,000 square foot indoor hatchery building and retail pond and lake product store. The Internet has allowed us to reach out and help pond and lake owners across the US and other countries.
