About Greg Graham When Greg Graham graduated in 2004 from Temple University with a degree in elementary education, he likely thought his career path was set. But the future had something else in store. After teaching elementary school for seven years, he knew he needed to make a change. When he saw the amazing success his wife and sister-in-law had with American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) , he joined AIL in 2011 as a Corporate Trainer and moved into sales in early 2013. "I'm extremely grateful to the people who helped me further my career," says Greg. "That includes my former SGAs, Fred Hadayia, Jason Bratin, David Hausman, my Regional Sales Manager, Sam Cohen, my sister-in-law, Marisa Willgruber, without whom none of this would be possible, and my wife Alex, who was my original Master General Agent. She has been and always will be the gasoline that helps run the engine of our team. "Moving from Agent to SGA in four years has been one of my greatest achievements with AIL," says Greg, "in addition to experiencing what 'Opportunity Unlimited' really means. It's tremendously rewarding to help so many other people grow in their careers and accomplish their goals while helping people in the communities we service. Our products provide financial security and peace of mind." If Greg could go back, would he do anything differently with AIL? "I would have started sooner," he says. "If you're considering a sales or leadership position with American Income Life, be 100 percent coachable. Listen to your mentors. Be faithful to all the little disciplines every day, and you will achieve more success than you can imagine." Greg views his Agency and community as a partnership. "AIL and our Agency provide the opportunity to help members of our community. The more people in our community we service, the more we are able to help ourselves and our families." Greg currently supports the Alzheimer's Research Foundation and loves spending time with his family.
