Rich Vial, founding partner of Vial Fotheringham, began practicing homeowner association law in 1981. Vial Fotheringham was officially established in 1991, and we now have 22 lawyers and 80 employees in Oregon, Utah, Idaho, and Washington, all of whom have unparalleled experience in the law specialty of homeowner and condominium associations. Our goal is to take that experience and pass it on to our clients, by providing representation, analysis, and advocacy on behalf of local communities. Additionally, we are committed to providing proactive assistance, through offering comprehensive education, knowledge, and training.
