Gutters overflowing with dead pine needles.

Exterior could have been quite charming but for the complete lack of maintenance.

Video would not upload, so screenshot of unstoppable hot water(fall) "leak". Stopper didn't work, so couldn't even take advantage.

Dead trees adjacent to and through deck; given our experience, I would not trust Vacasa to notify vacationers when they are to be removed.

Hot tub locked and no answer to calls for assistance. Clearly had not been serviced recently.
