I went to I the wash in my dodge charger and it ripped my rear bumper and body panels off of my car the roller brush was messed up and they won't do anything about they said it's my problem and...

they refuse to do a good job on the front and back no matter how much you request it. I asked several times for them to scrub the front and back better and they assured me but then left them dirty

New owners - when you purchase a business you are also purchasing the previous owner's assets and liabilities which include prepaid wash cards. They have consistently not honored these cards....
