HistoryFSC came to being because the Roseburg community needed a gym that could have classes at the right times, attract the right people, and really build upon and become part of the local community. From humble beginnings to where we are now, FSC has grown in membership, equipment, variety, and stability. Although the workouts will vary daily, the community built upon our athletes and reputation is second to none. Meeting new people, building friendships, establishing a bond between family members and even networking are all the things that keep not just FSC's community strong, but CrossFit itself.SpecialtiesFSC is a CrossFit box for everyone. We don't focus on one level of fitness more than the other and we can scale down every workout to meet the level of the athlete. Our goal is to get you back to or improving your daily used functional movements and preparing your body for the unknown and unknowable through general physical preparedness.
