I left my room key in my room like an idiot at 1:30 am and the nice front desk lady got me a new one in like 2 minutes (after I woke her up) with no complaints.

I travel 100 plus days a year. Is this a Hampton inn? No. The non smoking room I had was clean and comfortable with a little Oder from the smoking room next door. For a one horse down its not bad...
