I, Henry Liu have been in the food industry all my life. I Grew up in the Bay area, California and was the executive chef at my cousin's restaurant Shen Hua in Berkeley for almost 5 years. I then moved to Springfield, Or in 2001 to open a Tavern. I've since then opened and sold 4 taverns all over Oregon and was always working on opening my own restaurant in the Portland area. When I saw that this location was for sale I jumped at the opportunity for the Grant Parkl/ Hollywood area was just like a section in Berkeley that my cousin's restaurant was located.
