I think the only things holding this place back are the location and the price. It's hard to find if you don't know where to look. There's a slight hill from the shops above that block it off....

Italian beef sandwich with sweet peppers!! Grew up in Chicago and it's hard to find Italian beef sandwiches out West. This place does them right. Don't forget to order it dipped! Very friendly...

We love this place! Our favs are the Italian Sub and the Porkstrami. It's across from SOU in the parking lot. Little patio and cold beverages. Great service!
