HistoryD. Low received her veterinary degree from Colorado State University. She did a 1 year surgical internship in Arizona, followed by a 1 year surgical fellowship at Oregon State University. Dr. Low then returned to Colorado to complete 3 years of specialty training in ophthalmology to become a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists.
