Founded by Brad Zusman and Ian Carter in 2001 and operated by Silver Baron Corp., Rivers Edge Catering has offered superior catering and wedding services for more than 13 years. Our mission is to become admired as a world-class leader in food, sustainability and safety. We are honored to be among the 'Green Caterers' listed with the City of Portland's Office of Sustainable Development. In 2007, we received a Blue Works Award for our continuing efforts in environmentally responsible practices in both our kitchen and offices. We source our food locally, have organically grown ingredients, and offer many vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Rivers Edge has a vast, freshly made selection for our catering services. Our online menu selections aren't prepared until they are ordered. Although several of our specialty items require 24-hour advanced notice and minimum guest counts, all other deliveries require only 2 to 3 hours notice.
