Qnect.net was established because of the lack of real Internet here in Oregon and Washington. Our founder, while working for Google, tried every internet available and was shocked at the lack of any providers being able to provide anything close to a stable network. While still at Google, he started and nurtured the answer to an unfilled question. The question was why had this area been forgotten as far as technology, and his answer was Qnect.net. After many years at Google, he gave up a great paycheck, and the luxuries of working for a fortune 500 company, and he devoted his life to building the very best infrastructure and network that this area will ever see and to this day he devotes each and every day to growing and building the strongest network and technical team around.
