History
I grew up in Dallas, Oregon. In 2000, I attended Oregon School of Massage in Salem, Oregon. In June of 2002, I received my Oregon massage license (#8227). I practiced in Beaverton, Oregon January, 2003 to April, 2007. In November, 2007, I moved my business to Salem, Oregon. In June, 2010, I moved my practice to Dallas, Oregon, changed my business name to Pure Muscle Therapy to focus on treatment massage
