History
I have always loved to cook and run. I got into Nutrition and Fitness, particularly strength training, during my tenure at Nike starting in 2013. Having access to the Nike fitness facilities, Nike Master Trainers, and regularly hearing elite athletes on campus inspired me to work on a better me through the stress of a corporate job and being a working parent. As I talked to many coworkers I realized how many felt frustrated with neglecting their personal health due to job and family demands. I began to help friends and coworkers and realized that there was a whole world out there that I might be able to serve, and that traditional healthcare just wasn't cutting it with our nation's health epidemic. I left my corporate career in 2018 to pursue a more personally fulfilling career where I saw a greater need. I LOVE what I do and all the wonderful people I meet.
