History
Portland Team Fitness was established in 2008 by founder and owner Alayne Rowan. Alayne worked as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor on the Nike, Inc Work Headquarters for six years before deciding to open a fitness studio that specialized in small group training. TEAM Fitness has been a work in progress and she is VERY proud of the end result; a community of fantastic people supporting each other in the journey of living life to the fullest with health as the foundation.

Portland TEAM Fitness specializes in small group or TEAM training. We deliver a personal training experience in the small group setting. Our classes combine Power, Performance, Posture and PLAY. The TEAM Fitness approach is the most well rounded and effective workout out there! We are creative, attentive to your needs and personalize the class to your out of the gym goals. We help clients recover from injuries, PREVENT injuries, reduce/eliminate back pain, lose weight, and increase sports performance in a variety of sports.
