HistoryCall me Dr. Aziz. I'm A licensed Clinical Psychologist in Portland, Oregon. I've been studying psychological health for the last 10 years. Rather than focusing on what's wrong with people, I've found it much more satisfying and effective to uncover and utilize people's strengths to overcome the problems in their lives. Over the last decade I have worked with veterans, high school students, college students, and adults of all ages. I'm deeply interested in helping people see themselves and their lives in a truthful, authentic, and empowered way. I studied clinical psychology at Stanford University and the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology in California. I augmented this training by studying Coaching, Positive Psychology, Strength-based methods, and Eastern approaches of Taoism, Buddhism, and Mindfulness Meditation.SpecialtiesI specialize in helping people overcome anxiety, depression, addictions, and problems in their relationships.
