Melissa Wollan-Francis, MD, is a board-certified obstetrics and gynecology physician at Providence Women’s Clinic-Reeds Crossing. She enjoys caring for women through all stages of life, from adolescence through menopause and beyond. “The best way to care for my patients is through education, compassion, and listening to their goals so that I can individualize their treatment plans,” she says. Dr. Wollan-Francis worked in a genetics lab at the University of Washington before attending medical school and serving eight years in the U.S. Air Force as an OB-GYN. She earned her medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md.
