What started out as just a thought slowly developed into making our dream of opening a kitchen on wheels a reality. We would toss this idea around for years never considering the possibility that we would actually fulfill our dream one day. We are so excited to have this opportunity to showcase our craft to our amazing community. Mixing cuisine classics with locally sourced flavors that provide a global experience and encompass the bounty of the pacific northwest. We are so lucky to have the experience and expertise of our head chef who has been in the local restaurant industry for 20 years, our goal is to make quality local food accessible to everyone.
