History
After serving the community for twenty years as an organic farmer, I went to law school at the U of O, and obtained my law degree. Even before passing the bar exam, I drafted my first Social Security federal appellate brief - and won. Since that time, I have assisted clients obtain their disability benefits and helped with their federal appeals. For the first ten years of my practice I also did family law and criminal defense. In 2017, I limited my practice to full time disability work for those seeking benefits from the Social Security Administration. I work with clients directly at all levels of appeals and case development, as well as attorneys from throughout the 9th Circuit. I perform hearings, help clients develop their cases, and write federal appellate briefs.
