Locally owned and operated food cart in McMinnville, OR! We renovated a classic 1983 carnival cart, and transformed it into a Willamette Valley wood-fired cookery serving pasta, wood fired pizzas, baked goods, soups, fresh salads, desserts, and more. All menu items are made from scratch, using locally-sourced, top-quality ingredients.
