InfoStructure is one of southern Oregon's longest running and most experienced local Internet Service Providers. Founded in 1993 by Southern Oregon University graduates, InfoStructure has grown to services more cable modems than any other local access provider. In 1995, InfoStructure was sold to Internet Ventures, which also purchased Medford Internet and Klamath Falls Internet from their original founders and placed them under management of InfoStructure. InfoStructure and its subsidiaries, Medford Internet and Klamath Falls Internet, provide dialup Internet, Web site hosting and other technical services to thousands of Southern Oregon residents. The company has continued to employ nearly 20 Rogue Valley residents. In May 2003, Prime Time Ventures purchased Infostructure. PTV is a company formed by Chad Cota, Scott Hansen and Jeff Rhoden.
