Legacy VNA Hospice, located in Portland, Ore., is one of the centers operated by the Legacy Health System. It provides supportive care for adults and children who are terminally ill. The services offered by the center include intermittent visits by nurses and other health care professionals, management of pain and symptom control, medical treatments as prescribed, patient care instruction for family members, personal care, and assistance in obtaining medical equipment, supplies and medications.
