Chef Emilio learned the art of making small batch gelato & sorbetto in Firenze (Italy).

Specialties

We make artisan gelato & sorbetto using a blend of the freshest local ingredients and others direct from Italy. We don't make the only gelato in town but we do make the BEST!

Customers can choose from Latin American, African or Indonesian beans or Stumptown s house blends. The company also offers organic coffee that is grown without any fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides, making it better for the environment and the workers who pick the beans. Stumptown has a thriving wholesale program, which supplies coffee to more than 150 restaurants, cafes and offices. Stumptown Coffee Roasters has garnered recognition from Roast Magazine as the 2006 Roaster of the Year and Food and Wine Magazine as the Best Boutique Roaster.
