Cultured Palate started during Back to the Fifties weekend in Summer of 2017. However, our culinary journey started back in 1987 when my husband and I first met. He introduced me to the wonders of Cuban cuisine, and over the years I took those family recipes and pumped them up a few notches! My husband (an English Learner teacher) and my twins started selling Cuban food at our local growers market years ago. God opened the door at our current location and Cultured Palate was born!
