Citizens Bancorp was established in 1957 when a group of community and business leaders met and voted to establish a home-owned bank in Corvallis, Ore. The firm opened with seven employees. Now Citizens Bancorp operates more than 10 branches and has in excess of 140 employees. The bank has locations in more than eight communities in Oregon including Albany, Corvallis, Dallas, Harrisburg, Junction City, McMinnville, Philomath and Springfield. Citizens Bancorp is divides its business into four sectors: business banking, personal banking, mortgage department and shareholder relations. The bank also offers a full range of online-banking services.
