Cedar Mill Community Library was founded by area residents in 1974, and a major expansion was completed in 2001. Organized in 1975, the Cedar Mill Community Library Association governs one of the busiest libraries in Oregon. The Cedar Mill community provides local support and governance through the non-profit Cedar Mill Community Library Association. The community library is one of the largest nonprofit association libraries in the state. It also offers various adult and youth programs. It also offers various children s programs, including lap time, toddler time, and preschool storytime. Cedar Mill is an unincorporated community in Washington County, Ore.
