Northwest Association Management LLC was established in 1998. The company currently manages fifteen homeowner associations of various sizes throughout the Central Oregon region. The company has been built from the ground up with hard work, consistency and top-notch service to the developers, board members and homeowners of the communities we serve. Northwest Association Management's staff has extensive experience and knowledge in helping to establish homeowner associations through the development of CC&Rs and Architectural Review Guidelines, turnover from the developer to the homeowner's, and full-scope management once the transition is complete and a Board of Directors is in place. This includes extensive architectural review. Northwest Association Management is a member of Community Associations Institute, a nationally recognized association that fosters and encourages continued education and development of community association management companies and their employees. As the industry rapidly grows and changes, Northwest Association Management's staff continues to develop their knowledge and skills through certification and the continuing education classes offered through CAI.
