We focus mainly on the fitness and acrobatic aspects of the sport, but encourage students to blend their pole artistry with other forms of dance. Polemic instructors are delighted to teach people of all body types, genders, orientations, and most ages. Polemic Dance & Fitness Studio is led by advanced instructor and owner, Aine, who has been teaching pole since 2006 and has an extensive background in personal training and gymnastics.SpecialtiesOur primary mission is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for anyone interested in learning pole. Pole fitness is now recognized as an excellent way to burn calories, gain strength, improve flexibility, and build confidence. We focus mainly on the fitness and acrobatic aspects of the sport, but encourage students to blend their pole artistry with other forms of dance. We strive to maintain a body-positive environment and welcome students of all types. The studio offers pole classes ranging from Beginner to Advanced levels, as well as specialty classes such as Yoga, Deep Flexibility and Strength Training. We are also happy to accommodate private lessons, bachelorette parties, and other events.
