History
Together Janae and Kristy shared a love for group fitness and calorie burning workouts. SO they started in a park, running stairs and using the track with any and everyone who would join them. The high energy level, laughter and fun caused the supportive community to grow far to big. They needed a place to call home and they found the perfect space downtown. A sound system, weight equipment and more growth until they expanded to add a yoga studio.Now with over 11 instructors the schedule is jam packed with amazing classes. Yoga to support flexibility and strength building. Group fitness and Suspension training to burn the calories with highly trained instructors. We truly are one big amazing family and we are excited to continue growing this unique business!
Specialties
Group classes are what make a gym exciting and so group classes are what we do! We have two studios. One side is for yoga and one side is for cardio and strength training classes. 25+ classes every week and a wide variety of options to keep you inspired with the rest of our community! We also offer unique workshops, demo classes and events every month :)
