HistoryI have been teaching private music lessons for over 10 years after graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Music Education. In between teaching I have toured the nation performing in various bands. I have recently relocated from Seattle, WA and am discovering the thriving musical community here in Portland. My goal is to give to the community and next generation the gift of learning music.SpecialtiesI specialize in making music lessons fun and engaging for young children that are just learning how to read music but enjoy students of all ages/levels. I believe lessons instill a sense of encouragement and self-esteem and it is my great honor to see the love of music light up in my students.
