Serving Oregon's Yamhill, Washington and Marion counties with comprehensive Birth Boot Camp childbirth classes and breastfeeding education. I teach Birth Boot Camp Classes privately, in groups, online and as refresher courses for second (+) time parents.

I am a Certified Childbirth Educator, teaching Birth Boot Camp classes near Salem, Newberg, and McMinnville, OR. My childbirth classes are designed to prepare couples for labor, delivery, breastfeeding and newborn care. Class topics include the process of labor and birth, relaxation techniques, comfort measures, labor rehearsal, birth plans, avoiding and coping with pain naturally, navigating interventions, C-sections, and VBAC. It is my privilege to support couples throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond.
