The springs themselves were excellen! We experienced a nasty front desk receptionist after greeting her very kindly as we came to check in. Literally caught us so off guard it ruined my whole day....

Improvement is needed all over. The staff is not welcoming & even very rude to the customers they depend on. The facilities are extremely outdated & dirty. We will NEVER go there again.
