HistoryWe got started in 2020, but the idea came 13 years ago when trying cook lake trout with a better taste. So I created my own cooking sauce I call paint. From there I realized I only wanted to cook with the best fish I could find. So We packed up moved from Utah to Oregon and opened doors.SpecialtiesWild caught Local smoked Halibut tacos, Local wild caught King salmon, Locally sourced produce. This is a smokehouse not a typical bbq place. The process is a bit slower and takes time to craft the right blend from the right smoke to the right sauce and seasonings. And we go the extra mile by trying to purchase local, to give you the freshest plates in town.
