Traditional Japanese Noodle soup. House made Tonkotsu, Chicken and Vegan Dashi with home made motodare with ingredients imported from Japan. Fresh local veggies and pork for Carlton farms. Amazing melt in your mouth chashu and loads of umami in every bowl!! The gyoza are amazing and shishito peppers with house made soy and garlic aioli are a great accompaniment.
